Thank you Lela for your kind words of encouragement. “You will never regret your time being there for your girls.” I repeat this to myself often, as it’s hard to see others doing so many amazing things with their business. I have so many ideas, but little time to implement them. I know, though, that my time with my girls is well spent. Thank you again :)

Hi Chris, Thank you so much for your encouraging words! My word for the year is Abundance. An abundance of joyful times, new friends, business growth, and travel. I checked out your website and love all the classes that you offer – everything looks so creative! I would love to sign my girls up if we lived closer :) I think delegating, as you’re doing, is a great way to keep your hand in the business, while still allowing for breaks and holidays. Happy new year.
Your business is important but your family are more so. It’s so good that you spend part of every day with them having fun and doing the things that will help them, I hope that you can continue that as they get older and have busier social lives.
I am interested to know what your guidance word is?
My year has been hard with family problems and other various things and also feeling tired!
I turned 66 just after Christmas and have been running KidsRocK for nearly 13 years now. I get so much pleasure from it but am starting to cut back, it’s so hard to do ‘cos I enjoy it so much. I have 4 fab teachers and my son is coming on board this year up in the North East of UK. I really enjoy the music therapy that I do with the young and the old and I think this will be hardest to give up.
My goals for every year are
for everyone to have a good time – teachers and clients
to make enough to live on and have a holiday
to address needs as they arise
to look for new material to keep it fresh
to talk to my teachers regularly and share ideas and thoughts
to not put off addressing any issues arising

I achieved all but the last one as I don’t like confrontation and am not a natural manager!!! Still I keep on trying.
