Co-Treatment Sessions
Music therapy co-treatment sessions can be set up with your child’s speech, occupational, or physical therapist on a one-time or recurring basis. Overlapping goals may include any of the following:
Speech therapy ~ to increase expressive language, to improve articulation, to improve receptive language
Occupational therapy ~ to improve fine motor skills, to work on sensory integration
Physical therapy ~ to increase strength and endurance, to increase range of motion, to improve gross motor skills
